How do I process a return or exchange?

Does my return window start when I receive my package?
You have 21 days from date you receive your goods to return your order
We need to receive the order within the 21 day window for you to be eligble for a refund or exchange.
How can you guarantee my exchange request will be in stock?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your requested exchange item will be in stock by the time it reaches our warehouse. In cases where stock is low online, we highly reccommend purchasing the item you know you would like, and request a refund for the unwanted item!
Where is my refund?
Items are refunded to your original method of payment when they reach our warehouse and pass through our usual processing steps, which may take up to 28 days from the day the items were received due to the time of the year.
Return transactions are usually instant, but in some cases there can be clearance delays. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date the refund is issued for your return to be credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange / return in store?
Yes! If you are inside the returns window, you can make an exchange or return in store :)
Can I exchange if I am an international customer?
Yes! Please click 'replacement' when making your return, and include a note in your package with how you would like to proceed.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We certainly do! If you are having issues checking out, please click on the flag in the top right hand corner of the website and you can change the shipping to your country!

Order Cancellation / Amendments
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or amend your order - this includes the delivery method you have chosen!
Where is my order?
Please wait for a dispatch and shipping confirmation email to then allow you to track your order.
Why isn't my discount code working?
This could be one of two reasons: 1) Discount codes will NOT apply to sale items 2) Discount codes will NOT apply in alignment with other codes, this include the T and sweater deals. If you are still having trouble, please contact: hello@percivalclo.com
How can I find out when you will have my size back in?
Please use the "notify me" button on the product page to be emailed as soon as that garment is back in stock!

YES! We love to see everyone wearing Percival and proudly have lots of female fans! For sizing, please refer to the product sizing charts.
